The Reception staff looked courteous. A waiter in the Granada Restaurant seemed professional, everything was in order. The hotel provided exactly what I expected including cleanliness decent food, and a good location.
I waited a long time when needing to use them.

The staff was amazing. They upgraded our stay without hesitation. It reminded me of a dream! the manager especially listened to our needs. i also loved that the staff remained helpful no matter what requests we had. Such a special touch. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. An absolute breeze!
The fried breakfast wasn't my favorite. That's just typical of spain though, so it wasn't a surprise to me. it would be perfect if they offered something else.

The reception staff were very courteous and helpful. A waiter in the Granada Restaurant stood out for his professionalism. He ensured that everything was well-managed. I also appreciated that staff moved me to another room at my request. I found these staff members to be wonderful.
I experienced some issues with payment. The hotel preferred payment via a secure link and I was charged by my bank. I found the time limit for payment inconvenient.

The hotel was very clean. That impressed me. i really enjoyed the good food, especially at the buffet. the bars offered a great selection of drinks. The location was convenient!
It took a while to get to the rooftop bar, though i loved it once i arrived.

The staff was very helpful and moved us into a different room upon request! the location was quite good. i also appreciated having access to other hotels like magic robin hood and magic splash. Though the pool here wasn't amazing, visiting the others was a treat.
The breakfast options weren't my favorite. Fried breakfasts are typical in spain though, so this was not a surprise.
